不可能的任务--从万网转出域名的经历

昨天没睡好，头痛。不是因为万网。呵呵。
潜水良久，讲个从从万网转出米的故事。
从万网调价以后就不是代理了，万网里种的米烂的烂，丢的丢。只剩下一个4位烂米和自己本行有关，没扔。
考虑到续费太贵，就开始转往国外的注册商。哪知道那边交了美元之后，发出的转移要求均被万网拒绝了！！想到坛子里米农们的投诉，万网果然不是盖的！电话咨询，要传真、证明什么什么的，算一下时间，都办好之后，北京奥运会刚结束。只有暂时放下。
拒绝信如下：
The current registrar, Melbourne IT, Ltd. d/b/a Internet Names Worldwide for the xxxx.com domain
name rejected the transfer request you submitted. Pursuant to established
Verisign Registry procedures, the transfer is declined.
Please contact the current registrar listed above for a further explanation

时光飞逝，一眨眼到了续费期，被迫高价续费。想到美元不能白给，仔细看万网拒绝转移后美国注册商发来的E文信，里面有一个联接到icann的投诉地址（红的那行），点过去发了一封投诉信。要说国际惯例就是不一样，过了不久收到注册商（澳大利亚的M...具体名字不记得了，也是老牌万网的直接上家）发来的回复信，说这个玉米是万网具体管理，给了一个万网的邮箱去交涉。

马上用E文给万网发投诉信。结果就不说了，几天之后就收到了成功转移的通知信。呵呵。

结论如下：
1、如果能在美国注册，尽量在美国注册。
2、碰到钉子，一定要借老外名义来交涉才能方便办事。
3、学好英文，哪怕是只有中国人看得懂的英文也有用。：）
