win2008 64位系统下的伪静态

由于 http://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewrite/ 的64位没有破解版，

所以可以用替代的组件 Ionics Isapi Rewrite Filter
http://iirf.codeplex.com/releases/view/70382

也可以使用iis7.5自带的url rewrite，可以导入.htaccess ，然后修改
